Analyze computer components manufacturer’s operations to plan and implement computer-integrated-manufacturing system to simulate production flow and operations, automate electronic data processing, and ensure design for manufacturability. Integrate and automate comapny’s enterprise materials planning, computer-integrated-manufacturing, and planning and data integrity systems to improve delivery performance and operation quality, enhance production planning and control, and manage supply/demand and logistic support
Require: Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, or Industrial and Systems Engineering with coursework in information systems, operations research, system simulation, supply chain engineering, quality assurance and reliability, operation planning and control.
Analyze company’s operations, human resources utilization, manufacturing requirements, customer’s order and forecast, and other data in order to conceptualize and define operational problems, and to formulate simulation models to interpret information and assist management in planning and implementing computerized scheduling, logistics and ISO management systems, using object-oriented design and database programming skills. Apply principles of data structure and algorithms and database management systems to define data requirements, and gather and validate information; specify computational methods to be applied to models; study and analyze information about alternative courses of action in order to determine which plan will offer the best outcomes. Cooperate with other departments in the planning and implementation of EDI (Electronic Data Interchanging) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Optimization programs, including optimization of order management, service request, end-to-end order flow, order fulfillment, order prioritization, case management, entitlement verification, issue escalation, logistic follow-up, production and shipping schedules monitoring, documentation management, production and cost control, human resource support, internal audit and office communication.
Requires: Master’s degree in Operations Research or Business Administration with courses in objected oriented design, database programming, database management systems, data structure and algorithms, and logistics, production and operations management.
